Betalings-en annuleringskosten en reserveringsvoorwaarden:
Betaling van de borg van 25% van de huursom met een minimum van €250, dient bij reservering plaats te vinden. Pas nadat wij deze betaling ontvangen hebben, is uw reservering definitief. Overmaking naar een Nederlandse bank rekening is ook mogelijk.
De borgsom krijgt u bij vertrek terug, mits er geen schade is aangebracht en aan alle voorwaarden is voldaan. Uiterlijk 30 dagen voor aankomst bent u de volledige huursom verschuldigd en moet betaald zijn.
Langer verblijf: Voor perioden langer dan 3 maanden is er een verlaagd tarief van NAf 2.100 per maand. De borg (1 maand) dient vooraf betaald te worden. Pas na ontvangst van deze betaling, is uw reservering definitief.
Annuleringskosten: Bij annulering tot 30 dagen voor aankomstdatum bedragen de annuleringskosten 35% van de borg/1 maand huur.
Bij annulering tot 7 dagen voor aankomstdatum 90% van de borg/1 maand huur. Daarna 100% van de borg/1 maand huur. Het is raadzaam om een annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten.
Inchecktijd: dag van aankomst: 15.30 uur. Uitchecktijd: dag van vertrek: 11.00 uur.
Door te reserveren verklaart u zich accoord met bovenstaande regelingen.

Payment of the Deposit (25% of the lease) with a minimum of €250 which needs to be deposited at reservations. Only upon receipt of the Deposit is the reservation definite. Transfer to a bank account in the Netherlands is also possible. The Deposit will be returned at the departure in case there is no damage and full compliance to the conditions. Ultimately 30 days before arrival the full amount is due and needs to be paid.
Long term stay: Periods over 3 months are subject a reduced price of Naf.2,100,- per month. The deposit is set at one month rent and needs to be paid in advance. Only after receipt is the reservation definite.
Cancellation costs: Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival incurs cancellation costs of 35% of the deposit/ one month lease. Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival incurs cancellation costs of 90% of the deposit/ one month lease. Thereafter 100% of the deposit/ one month lease.
